1. Order Confirmation & Processing
Order Confirmation:
After placing an order on our website, please allow up to 2 days for us to confirm it.

Order Processing:
Once confirmed, your order will be processed within 2 to 4 days.

Shipping:
After processing, your order will be dispatched via our shipping partner. Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 days, depending on your location.

2. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Orders placed under sale, offer, or discounted prices cannot be cancelled.

3. Returns
Return requests are accepted only within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. Requests after this period will not be considered.

Returns are applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Mandatory Product Opening Video

A clear, uninterrupted video is required for all return or damage claims.
The video must start from opening the sealed package and clearly show the product.
No return, refund, or exchange will be processed without an opening video.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
Change of mind or personal preference.
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences.
Size, length, or fit issues when details are clearly mentioned.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners.
Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
Requests made after the 2-day return window.

4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to availability and approval.

5. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags intact.

Any damage, wear, or tampering will result in rejection of the return or refund.
